They moved us out of our space. We paid for amenities that we didn't enjoy. There wasn't hot tub or pool. They wanted winter Texans. We had to relocate to another park.
Not happy with the way were treated, they were only concerned about the winter texans.. The hot tub and pool were out of service . We paid for that service which we couldn't use.
Horrible, lots very small, couldn't even let awning out fully, several days going all day no water, 7 hrs no electricity one days, manager 3doors down, all weekend loud music from their home. Electrical rotted off at ground.. run, don't walk away from this place!! We stayed a little over 3 weeks, we paid for a month, wed have left after 1st day but my husband is vet on oxygen, va doesn't work fast, he'd have not got his oxygen.
They didn't give us our money when we left a day early. They were pretty pushy about our spot. We were very unhappy and disappointed. We won't stay there again.
Ok....I don't feel great leaving this....we had reservations for labor day weekend. Had to pay in full because of the reservation service they use. Well, then Rockport was ground zero for a hurricane....so we obviously can't go down there. Called I'm advance.....called after the fact. Multiple calls, numerous emails.....nothing returned. Tried to get a refund through the reservation service....they pretty much said it wasn't their problem.
Great place.i lived there over a year and enjoyed the friendly staff and service
