We have had four 4-legged family members cremated with Bill and will not hesitate to call him when the next one leaves this world. The care taken with not only the animal, but with coordinating with the vet's office and personally delivering the remains back to us was such a burden lifted from us. Bill is a true blessing during that time of need. He is so compassionate and willing to help however he can.
I was so heartbroken when I lost my Peanut, but when I got her back from Bills I was so impressed how they prepared her, and how 1st class they finalized her ashes. I"m glad shes back home with me and laid to rest so dignified. Thank you
