I did a carry out order tonight. I get home and it was the wrong Pizza I then called the manager (Jerry) said that there would be a fresh pizza put in the oven and would be ready in 10 minutes. I get there to pick the pizza up and also took the other pizza back that was wrong and I opened it up and Pizza was the same pizza they had previously put on the shelf and been sitting there at that point over 20 minutes and he tried to sell me the same Pizza that at this point was cold and he also tried to make me pay for it. This was the worst experience I had with Dominoes. I will never go back.
Absolutely the best Domino's I've been to. Well run, clean and IMO better than any other franchise pizza place I've been to. Even better than some so-called up-scaled place.
For the first time, I did the walk in and order thing at Domino's. I sat at a table and watched Return of the Jedi while waiting. Wow, I've eaten a lot of pizza in my 50+ years, and I've never gotten a pizza that hot. Right out of the oven. After my short drive home, it was still almost too hot to eat. If you're heading home, wherever you live, think about walking in the store to order. It was great. I mean, even bad pizza is good, but this was hot and fresh, with no worrying about when the delivery guy would get there.
Always pleased with Dave's crew! Once in ten years has an order been less than perfect, and they corrected it immediately. Usually arrives ahead of time given. Hot and yummy. Even during the days following Hurricane Harvey Dave's team has done a great job suppling good pizzas.
The fact that you can walk in, order your food, purchase a drink and watch a movie on one TV and the have ability to see the status of your order on the other TV is quite great. The workers don't even mind if you stay long after you finish your meal just to finish watching the movie, haha.
Great customer service. Great food. Great place in general.
