For those of you in the Rockport area...BEWARE of this business. Charles (his real name is Carlos) is NOT a technician. He outsources his work. As a result, he charges (hidden charges by the way) more. He drives all over South Texas picking up TVs from the various shops where he has them fixed. He gives incredible "lip service" but is unable to back-up anything he says. Also, be forewarned that should a customer do anything of which he does not approve, do not be surprised if he threatens legal action. This is something he does quite a bit as a scare tactic. In short, STAY AWAY. Take your TV somewhere else. Even if it means having to drive a little further and be without your TV a little longer. It is worth it.
